Cheetah Wilson is a professional trainer with over 17 years of experience. His passion for helping others started with training himself. Exercising became an outlet at first to fight off the fear of being overweight. Most of his family lived an unhealthy lifestyle, and he did not want to follow the same path.
Fitness gave Cheetah confidence to overcome obstacles in all aspects of his life for personal growth. The passion that he had to train himself has now expanded to help you! Yes, you!
